In fact they do use them. I've been interviewed early 2012 and I can tell you few guys of my group have been release FO few months ago flying happy. So do not wait too long...
Sorry just to clarify, did these guys have family there or local cadets or just regular recruits plucked from the hold pool ?
The only thing I never understood until now is why then they interviewed all the others. If you have more than 30 now you better think to get another job
Thats what I'm trying to understand, why recruit if they're not going to be used ? As I understand it there have been several SO interviews since then and more chances to apply even a few days ago
