I heard that QR has offer to some crews to move to Al-Maha to get upgrade to captain and some people on the pool also has been offered to go to Al-Maha.

It´s just a rumor, but I can imagine they will need quite a lot of people.

Are they starting with around 10 A320?? or that is the plan for the first few years??
