The package on offer includes:
10% of cumulative six monthly salary will be made for those employees who successfully complete a full six month after employment. Payment every six month. If the employee fails to serve for a full six months this payment will not be made.
Basic Salary covering the training period will also be paid within six months on an installment basis starting upon the completion of the training program.
Bonus of a total amount of one month basic salary to be payable to the Employee after completion of a third year of service with Ethiopian and yearly thereafter.

Minimum requirements:
JAA / FAA / ICAO ATPL
Hold First Class Medical Certificate
Relevant type rating on license
Current on type within the last 12 months
Nil history of accidents / incidents
Total jet time of 3500 hours
2500 hours PIC on jet, 500 PIC hours on relevant type
Must be under 60 years of age
