If you look back at previous posts, I never speculated about a move, that was down to another. All I have done is express a view that such speculation could now be put to bed. I've no wish to see Flybe move out of SOU, I love stepping off a flight and arriving home twenty minutes later.
It is not beyond the realms of possibility that Flybe did use a threat of at least a splitting of schedules between SOU and BOH (prior to their announcement to keep the 195s?) as leverage to get SOU to reduce its charges. Seems to have worked.
