Liam, cant see how you can claim one school to be better when you have no experience of the other to allow an unbiased comparison.
I get my aircraft maintained by Borderair's engineering company. Cant speak highly enough of them. Always willing to take time our to discuss/explain things.
Unlike my previous maintainer who's vocabulary was limited to "bring it up and we'll take a look" followed by "your aircraft is ready". Any attempt to get more detail of the intervening period was usually met with a look of derision and the minimum number of grunts necessary for me to give up trying.
