I wouldn't take this comment out of context. They were talking about what to expect from the course and Andy was saying why it's different to what they'd done until then. Perhaps it would have been better to talk about the additional
challenges passengers bring, but that's clearly the sentiment in what he did say and no disrespect was intended. I'm sure the vast bulk of people watching are clever enough to recognise this.
