This is not a British Airways a/c. Regional Air was formed by Air Kenya. Became a BA franchisee in 2001, until 2003. In Addis Ababa for maintenance, fatigue cracks found and engines dismantled. Its been there since Aug 2004.
Yes, the Kenyan registration is a bit of a giveaway, isn't it?

But that's irrelevant. This point is that it's a derelict hulk and it's in British Airways colours for the world to see.

Indeed it is, well spotted. Some of us have been around long enough to remember when 737-200s in BA colours were a common sight ...
