Waco - you can't even make a decent cup of tea which is the No1 requirement of an Ops job/career..
I would say stay where you are if you have a good job, if you move to airlines its normally starting at the bottom, temp contracts etc. Have you thought about Cabin Crew i.e. BA.
Failing that i'd do the next best thing - rubber necking, even Waco did that, or was that Trains can't remember
