Maybe they are trying to get a better deal at SOU and this is a lever?
It works both ways.
With SOU's airport rail station and ease of motorway access were FlyBE to dare exit SOU then someone would PDQ move in to replace them, maybe someone like CityJet.
I'd dare FlyBE to move out of SOU, I'd just dare them!
