Interesting if it turns out to be true, all of those routes operate ex. SOU with the exception of Dinard, although I'd thought they's try it from SOU before BOH considering how strong it is for the regional french routes. Unless there is a significant connection with BOH and the Dinard area I'd expect it might be swapped for one of the more established regional France destinations such as Bergerac or Brest/Rennes if that list is not final.
