Response to an unwarranted and malicious attack

Sometimes a customer will say and write comments in the heat of the moment when he is either angry or upset with a situation or a person. Generally, disparaging remarks (of which we have very few about our flight school) would be ignored, but occasionally, some comments require a response.
Your time at this school has not been one year – Our school attendance records indicate that you have been absent from the school for at least 12 weeks. On one of the occasions you left to go and bring your children with you to the US, and we assisted you in that process as well by providing the necessary immigration documents.
During the period in which you have been here, you have amassed over 100 hours without achieving a license, and at no stage until now have you complained – one wonders why you stayed with the school for so long considering you believe it to be a ‘CON BUSINESS’? Point in Fact, you just departed the school again and asked for new visa documents to allow you to return in September. Shortly after you were issued new paperwork you sent the company an email request to change, yet again, the re-entry date to June of this year. Perhaps your own judgment should be questioned – it’s not like you are a ‘child’! Incidentally, you were never offered a Private pilot license in 40 hours – you might want to check your correspondence!
Our staff, although young, are excellent, mainly well-experienced aviators with an average of 1000-1500 flight hours. Our Chief CFI was appointed based on his knowledge, skills and experience in aviation, something which I suspect that you are lacking and in no position to judge. Perhaps you find difficulty in receiving constructive criticism from someone younger than yourself! Unlike you, we do not adhere to ageism principles, suggesting that only the ‘well-seasoned’ instructors should be capable of holding a Chief Instructor position. As a flight school we seek staff who are well-qualified for positions rather than appointing roles on the basis of preferential treatment and discrimination.
We are regularly supervised by the FAA FSDO and anyone is welcome to make contact with them regarding our status. We have nothing to hide.
We wish you every success in your future flying career.
