My quick 'back of the envelope' calculation.

Assume ISA sea level atmosphere so:

Rho=1.225 kg/m^3
Mu = 1.983*10^-5

64 km/h ~=18 m/s

Lift required at 1G = 363 * 9.81 = 3561N
Dynamic pressure at 18 m/s = 0.5 * 1.225 * 18^2 = 198.45
So 3561 = CL * 198.45 * 10.32
∴ CL = 1.738

Re = 1.225 * 18 * 1.52 / 1.983*10^-5 = 1.69*10^6

Does that sound about right?
