The Hong Kong area Airlines, all airlines flying into HKG, from China or Taiwan, need to seriously deal with this threat immediately.
This first words from every pilot's wife (or husband) is "go sick!" Knowing the system in HK, and how the airlines react to such issues, in similar 'tense nature,' there will be nothing significantly done, and everyone shall carry on without worry.
