No you are not; these operators are illegal as per se in Cannes, like the Legacy operators on the 650 happily coming in at 24+ tons

As the DGAC is concerned they only see the ICAO code of the plane which is conveniently the same for all 900 or Legacy...

For the F7X, i just dropped a line to Ops...Answer : they can come , but we do not know how or else...You have to comply with a SB....none spotted on the Dassault Portal...
one can call Ops ( sorry handling) in CEQ : +33 4 9390 4110

For FlyMd , the limit was on Max certified mass... I do see nowhere an amended "arrete" http://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/jopdf/...Courante=17905
