The Russians manage to deal with an aircraft fire on ground and keep the airport open at the same time?
Two possible explanations for that, of course:
i) Even with the RFS resources allocated to the Il-96 fire, there was still sufficient fire cover to handle normal operations
ii) There wasn't, but nobody cared
