Many thanks. I reckon you have hit the nail on the head. No Dvout = no posibility of software adapting. However, I have e-mailed an Austrian site which SEEMS to indicate that my particular camera CAN be adapted. Will view their reply, (if there is one) with interest and report.
PS - Just been to that url. Thought I'd been before and it was non-english. This one was readable - excellent!! Many thanks
