The majority of passengers would not want to be served a Full English breakfast meal just a few hours after eating a full 'evening meal' on an overnight flight from the Caribbean / North America.
I recently experienced exactly that in Virgin PE on a 6.5hr EWR-LHR overnight trip.
I actually found that the brekkie helped me to start adjusting to the fact that after 3 hours of darkness, and no sleep, it was now morning!
