You can choose the travel allowance of $500usd/mth or let them provide you a ticket price/quote usually from expedia which they will pay for or you but your own ticket and they give you the price of the tckt they found which leaves you to make up the difference on the tckt you find as yours will nearly always be more expensive if you go on direct flights to save your time off.
