It seems to be the same on LGW's long haul bucket and spade services. Returning from St Lucia (UVF) last summer, disappointingly we woke to the usual croissant and ubiquitous Otis Spunkmeyer muffin!
Having travelled frequently on those Caribbean services, I was surprised that a hot English breakfast was on offer on approach to LHR from SIN a month or so later.
