No idea but I can just imagine the compliance drama down your end of the world moving airplanes in/out of the desert.
In the US with FAA Chuck with an A&P and 747 experience in his pickup can service the 747 and sign for a ferry permit, down there you would need to C check it first before it moved I suspect.( what if this what if that, reg this, reg that )
