I think where Monarch are concerned your user name is a little off, most Paymore and get less, one of the worst on time performances in the UK especially at LGW, seat comfort is a lottery, but at least ZB know it and all their cabin crew are going for reprogramming/new chips installing, latest great new idea, lock out the seats to stop recline function to improve comfort? if they really wanted to improve comfort they'd take a row of seats out..yes it would cost more, but you are already paying more to fly Royal Monarch.
