Virgin Australia definitely looks for past work experience either in Hotels, Cafes and customer service, they normally look people that have at least 2-3 years pervious customer service background.... You can only apply only thought the Virgin Australia website they don't except resumes at the airport because it has to go though there HR team and they ask you a few question when applying....
