and coming up, it is long overdue yes and just scratches the surface but a good step in the right direction, with more to come I'm sure.
That still doesn't help the litigation/red-tape you mention, which is heart breaking especially for small business. Weren't the Fed Govt intending to go through all this with a huge broom (after the hundreds of other "must-do's to tidy up the current shermozzle left behind
) to make it more business friendly?
