Shack37 - Wheelchair assistance is definitely NOT what you
are asking for, what you need is Passenger Assistance on Arrival.
Wheelchair pax are usually LAST OFF whereas pax asking for assistance due
connecting flights are often FIRST off. You really need to sort this one
out.
