"Harassment is an unacceptable form of behaviour that causes distress and is detrimental to the business environment of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). Harassment erodes the rights of the individual, debilitates morale and interferes with the effectiveness of the working environment. To that end, the Company is committed to foster a harassment free environment and will not tolerate any forms of harassment on the basis of race, sex (including sexual harassment), disability, family status, marital status, pregnancy or any other criterion or circumstance. The Anti-Harassment Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") aims to provide a broad framework to assist in the elimination of harassment in any form."
