All 747s have the old seats. There are plans to begin to refurbish the aircraft with these older seats (the newer 747s that aren't being retired imminently and the non-Thales 777 fleet). However, no dates have been set. They need to start the short haul refresh first!
Therefore, in answer to your question, no - you'll get the old seats.
