How do you file a not guilty plee when you clearly were in the wrong uniform and are documented as doing so? That just makes the judge more pi**ed with you for having to take the time to prove it...

That is a normal initial plea in the US, I'm sure in your country too. It just avoids immediate sentencing. I know Joshu, he is the first to tell you he is a Navy F18 pilot. Also it doesn't make sense Atlas has KCM Cathay certainly does not.
