152, there are 3 different rates for sector pay. <1000nm, 1000-1300nm and >1300nm.
Can't remember what they are off the top of my head but I think the low one is £18.50 for captains and about half that for FOs.
CK, I believe they've been short of trainers this year but 6 months is the exception rather than the rule. They've had NTR guys of through in about 4 months recently.
