Or, getting a call from BCAL Ops to request a diversion on a night shift and waking up to notice that there was 4" of snow outside and then having the Apron Controller fall off his temporary bed because he hadn't noticed either! and ATC were asleep as well! Not very professional I must admit, but it happened!
