At this rate, it would take 2.5 years to recruit all from 2011 and 2013 batches.I dont understand why they are hurrying up the selection process but going excrutiatingly slow when it comes to training.
Jet wanted to conclude Ethihad deal fast for that they created imaginary growth( as per company/sector ) for certain period which was dully obliged by ex-CA minister hence created a pool of pilots/talent at various level to back their claim of growth.Now that deal is done expect some more delays but Jet always honours recruitments.
Plus finding TR slot is getting difficult for Jet.
