In a previous era Ryanair did what was required to keep people sweet (and no more )
When I joined in 2002 I remember being told by DD "we rule by greed & fear". . . . . . "if we want something we will pay you enough to get it" . . . " if not, well. . "
Regretably with the passage of time they forgot the 1st part of the deal.
I have doubts the new "touchy feely" customer care will be extended to the staff, but, stranger things happen in life I guess.
