Their Flight attendants and service standard have remained consistently high, globally for a long time now. This is why they were the only carrier my Grandmother flew on while alive and where other airlines could learn abit (I won't mention the fact that they go through 52 courses of >20 new flighties a year though)
The most operative word of yours though is: flew... Sadly, the "halcyon days" of working there are no longer! Singapore has changed dramatically these last 5 years, for the worse... so unless you're still in Singers, don't ever say my "fears" are groundless.
