If you say no when the answer should be yes they'll know that you're either a liar, an idiot or a kiss-ass. Always a good idea to stick to the truth in interviews.
Any interviewer will smell sycophantic fictional drivel a mile off. He probably drinks in the same pub as the interviewer for XYZ airlines and has the rest on speed dial. If you get rumbled telling porkies that's not going to look too slick.
