I have flown with Captains with 20K TT and those with 3K TT and often the guys on the lower end are much more on the ball.
Equating TT/experience with ability is a recipe for disaster, when the "
hits the fan" is the only time in our glass/radar cosseted environment the men are separated from the boys.
