I think the phrase I used was "...I trust that a relationship can be built..." and didn't suggest for one minute that a "partnership" was instantly made as a result of this announcement - as you, I and everyone else knows, FR doesn't just 'get into bed' with any airport, they need a lot of enticing, sadly.
