A quick google suggests that it's a i7-740QM inside (a spec sheet on the Sony site says this but I guess there may have been other processors fitted). If this your CPU, it's a pretty power hungry beast with a corresponding high heat output. Take a look at
Tom's Hardware for a discussion and go from there. But to put it simply, it looks like it's a hot running CPU and the sort of temps you're seeing are not unusual.
