I think with some Airlines, they have a standard, you meet it, your in. As long as it works out to roughly the same number they intended its fine (although sometimes (like the FPP) not enough meet the standard!)
I know last year with easyJet MPL they told some people mid process they made the cut, so they could get moving with the earlier courses. Same thing happened at Aer Lingus.
Did they ask easyJet specific questions at stage 2 interviews? I got a credit for a previous interview so didn't need to do one.
