Ground staff get whatever is in their workplace determination.
That for CRs, not VRs. I don't know of any group that has VR packages included in their award but am happy to be corrected.
From what I understand in the past with other staff that it's usually 1 months pay for each year of service. The pluses like super contributions and other benefits are what you can negotiate with the company or what they can afford to offer at that time which according to that leaked memo to 3AW isn't going to be much. Probably a free dinner voucher at Rock Pool.
And don't forget AJ isn't very good at negotiating, look how well he negotiated during the last round of EBAs, I think negotiate is a word that's not in the Irish dictionary!
