They do a grooming inspection during the interview that means, hair, legs, butt, arms, make-up. If you have a scar or a tatoo, you are eliminated automatically. If you are overweight/don t have a what they consider a nice bum and breast, you are out. If you are not pretty enough, you are out.
I recall reading about a interview requiring perfect blondes only. First girl strips off and told to raise her arms high. She was knocked back due black armpit hair. Second applicant failed because she had bleached hair therefore not the perfect blonde. The third blonde passed the close scrutiny only to be knocked back due black pubic hair. She insisted she was indeed a natural blonde all over. The interviewer pointed at her dark pubic hair.
Annoyed at this blatant sexism on the part of the bloke doing the interviews she asked him to place his hand on the table. She took off one of her high heeled shoes and gave one of his fingers an almighty whack with the heel of her shoe.
The bloke rung his hand in pain as the blonde with the dark pubic hair said to him "Now what colour is your finger, Sir?"
"Black now" said the interviewer still in pain.
"And that's with only one bang" said the blonde. She got the job.
