I understand that the resource company that put the package together is normally associated with cabin crew resource/supply?
I did hear 4th hand that they were stunned by the lack of response and stated that they had no idea that this involved a 30% pay cut or indeed what the current terms and condition of based pilots were??? beggars believe, but i guess the union is now close to 100%?
The important thing is for pilots to stick together.
The second thing is do not be gullible and believe nonsense. To suggest the contract was drawn up by the resource company and it is somehow all a big mistake sounds extraordinary unlikely.
NASPA the Finish union says membership is about 95%. What about spain and the UK?
