Good lord!!!!!!! This has turn into a full blown are we racist or lets not be racist issue here................!!!!!!! Surely all of us in this industry understand that the reason why we are in this job or stay on in this field is primarily because exposure to all kinds of culture or passengers from different cultural background can only enrich us????

Since you started this thread why havent you come back and clarified what is it that you really want to know here? Are you looking for specific tips in handling passengers from the indian or the middle eastern subcontinent that would help to make you perform in your job better?
Perhaps tips like yes indian subcontinent passengers do prefer their teas and coffees quite strong with a lot of milk whereas middle eastern pax prefer theirs quite light with a lot of sugar. The majority meal choice of north indian pax is usually chicken whereas the south indians would prefer fish or vegetarian.
Am sure everyone here would have some insights here that can only help all of us. Yes all pax should be treated equally but understanding the different cultural backgrounds of the pax of the different routes we all fly will only help all of us to serve the needs of our pax directly without giving any rise to misunderstandings. Am i being too naive here?
