The sad but true answer is nope. I don't think any bank in their right mind would offer a loan large enough to cover a PPL to anyone under 18.
Despite meeting the age requirement you are likely to need to be earning above a certain amount - not likely if you are a student.

If that is an option, why don't you try your luck. Call it an investment and say you'll buy him a yacht when you're a rich captain flying the sonic cruiser.....
Failing that, beg and steal.
