in such a sparsely populated area, and let's be honest that employment opportunities aren't fantastic in the area, why would anyone want to buy a house built on the former Manston aerodrome when they can buy a house overlooking the sea?
Doesn't such a sparsely populated area mean even more reason to shut an underused airport ?
As for looking for a place to buy, people will go where its reasonable as 2000 houses generates one hell of a lot of tax funding to the economy.
