I had fully expected the eventual Spanish "permanent Contract" to be wholly insulting, but neither I, nor anyone else was expecting this desultory offer made to the HEL based crew.

Welcome to Ryanair Finland, sorry NAS Finland, no sorry, right 1st time Ryanair Finland

This info was sent out from NASPA:
"Dear Colleagues,
As predicted, individual contracts are being sent out. Please find
attached the contract you will receive/have received from NAR. NASPA board
recommends everyone NOT TO SIGN this contract.
It is VITAL that we all speak with ONE VOICE. ALL questions and
queries should be sent to NASPA, that will in coordination with lawyers
send the questions to Norwegian.
Best Regards
NASPA Board"

They also mentioned that they're planning to reduce the agency salaries.
Here are some numbers from the contract:
Base pay
Pilot less than 2 000 hours: 3 000 € per month
Pilot more than 2 000 hours: 3 500 € per month
Captain supplement
Supplement for appointment as Captain during assignment:
Captain less than 2 000 hours PIC: 1 800 € per month
Captain more than 2 000 hours PIC: 2 400 € per month
Block hour supplement
Block hour supplement: 12 € per Block hour
Fixed Extra Pay (Holiday work, stby compensation etc)
Pilot less than 2 000 hours: 600 € per month
Pilot more than 2 000 hours: 700 € per month
While an employee is appointed Captain the fixed extra payment is in total:
Captain less than 2 000 hours PIC: 1 060 € per month
Captain more than 2 000 hours PIC: 1180 € per month
Overtime
Overtime payment: monthly base salary/160
Allowance
Daily Allowances will be paid in accordance with mandatory Finnish tax legislation/Vero.fi.
If the pilot agrees to work on a scheduled day off, a lump sum of 8% of the pilot's monthly base salary is paid.
The pilot is entitled to a minimum of 9 days off duty per calendar month. The days should include one weekend (Saturday-Sunday) as well as one additional period of at least two consecutive days.
Loss of licence not mentioned in contract but during meeting.
The employment agreement is terminated without further notice if the employee loses his or her certificates
This is extracts from the permanent contract that on behalf of Norwegians management today, 5th of May, we been approached with. As it seems, the company thinks this is fair and competetive.
We disagree!

Looks like a contract with the aim that people should be fooled into believing that permanent contracts are not good, very much like fr/brk?

Read the whole thing and made a plus/minus list. Not much on the plus side

+
They pay for uniform cleaning
Regulated not to work on both christmas and new years.

-
Pay for passports. Think its paid by agency now?
9 days of (25% reduction from todays 12)
1 h report time for stby
Day off payment 8% of base salary. Is this 8% of the WHOLE monts salary? If so acctually a slight increase for fo but a decrease for cpt. Currently 350/750e.
No pension apart from finnish social system. From what I understand you already have that?

Salaries, allowance not taken into account. How much is this?
Fo 2000+
3500
700
160
960 (flight pay for 80hrs)
5320 tot

New cpt
7480

Cpt 2000+
8200

Current pay based on 80 hrs

Fo 5740 plus extra pay according to finnish law
Cpt 10240

So to summarize
-25% less off days
-7% salary drop for fo
-27% salary for new cpt
-20% for experienced cpt
