By "fire". Is this just a general "fire" ?
Or is this related to Li Ion Batteries ?
There would be a need for an "ignition source" in that case.
Afterall, thermal runaway is a chain reaction. By that definition there is a beginning. An ignition. (for example a battery receiving a charge).
