The first hole was being parked at a stand which BA do not normally use.
This led to using an unfamiliar taxiway on a dark night.
Poor layout of the junction and poor signage led to a situation where a moment of inattention took them straight on rather than turning left.
Has anything been done yet about the signage and lighting ?
