Should he be wearing VR (or VR(T) ) tags? - or has this now been discontinued?
... er - yes he should have been and now is! (VR(T)).
This was an early appearance in uniform and ..... er ...... nobody told him.
Now rectified, and some publicity photos (clearly not that one!) have been retrospectively Photoshopped into compliance!
