British Midland did a night mail service 3 years ago.. (might still do, but I don't work for them any more so am not sure).
Operated overnight between LHR and EDI - A320, Bins full of mail and seats pushed forward and covered before filling cabin..
As for G-KILO, operated to LHR with Cathay Pacific as B-HVY
