hmm, if your RAS (at what 10knots or so?) goes wrong - 2 big ships collide in the middle of an empty bit of ocean (I would hope it is done in waters clear of other vessels..) However, 1 Typhoon AAR-ing with a tanker at a slightly faster speed
- if that goes wrong - who knows where the wreckage will end up and who/what may be under it. Risk includes a look at the effects of an unwanted event...
