All the SO positions will be filled by Fiji nationals. If you are not Fijian you wont be considered. It's the national airline of Fiji, and there are government and airline objectives to give Fiji nationals employment and advancement opportunities as a priority over expatriate employment - much the same as is the case in most parts of the world.
